When you contact STS Construction to assist you with your home remodeling needs, the process is as follows:

Steve and Todd Seligmann will schedule a free in home consultation to review your project and discuss the vision you have for your home. Do not worry if you don’t have all the particulars decided on, with their extensive experience in design and configuration, STS Construction can take your broad ideas and help turn them into a detailed plan.

After the initial consultation, we will “put pencil to paper” and create a detailed proposal for your home remodel project. We will then set a second appointment with you to present our proposal and go over with you, in detail, what STS Construction is going to do to make your dreams a reality.

Now that you have seen what STS Construction has to offer and you are happy with the price, just sign the proposal and we will provide you with a start date and a projected finish date that fits into your family’s schedule.

Once the work begins, STS Construction not only schedules their workday to accommodate your daily routine, but we also pride ourselves on maintaining a clean jobsite. We minimize the disruption to your daily life by keeping debris and dust to a minimum, removing all tools, equipment, and trash at the end of each day, and by conducting ourselves in a professional manner. All of STS Construction’s employees will speak and behave in a manner appropriate to any home environment. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable with us in your home for the duration of the project.
